DelegaloAI is an artificial intelligence company with an office in Barcelona, at Carrer d'Ermengarda 12, in Sants. It was founded by Elek Cunill, and it works with Spanish SMEs and with international clients.

1. Who writes the code, and are they still there when it breaks?

Do you only work with companies in Barcelona?
No. The office is in Barcelona and that is where we hold in-person meetings, but the automations are built and maintained remotely, so we work with SMEs all over Spain. We have international clients too.
Can I have an in-person meeting in Barcelona?
Yes. The initial assessment is usually a 30-minute video call, but if you are in Barcelona and prefer to meet face to face, we will book a meeting at our Barcelona office.
What is the difference between an AI agency and an AI consultancy?
A consultancy tells you what to do; an agency does it. We are both, but in that order: the assessment first, and then we build and maintain the automations ourselves. If you are only after the upfront analysis, start with AI consulting.

Logistics in the broad sense: freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport, warehousing and distribution. What happens with my data and with GDPR?
Before touching your company's data we sign the data processing agreement. The AI model only receives what changes the answer: if a piece of personal data is not needed to solve the task, it never leaves your systems. And sensitive actions go through a person before they run, so there is never an automatic decision without supervision.
What if I already work with another agency or have my own IT person?
Nobody has to be replaced. Typically the automation is built alongside what already exists and talks to it via API or file. If you have a technical team, all the better: it is handed over documented so they can maintain it themselves, and we stay on only if you want us to.
