What a diagnostic finds
The same four things almost always turn up, and none of them is visible from the inside because they have been part of "how we do things here" for years:

Are the meetings held in person in Barcelona?
Whichever you prefer. The first assessment is usually a 30-minute video call, but if you are in Barcelona we can meet in person at our Barcelona office. The implementation and maintenance work is remote, for SMEs across Spain.
